The Dashwood’s Head Chef, David Phillips, has spent much of his career creating dishes in some of the UK’s top restaurants.
At The Dashwood he and his team proudly create modern British dishes, with a focus on using locally sourced produce.
David butchers his own meat, often ordering in whole animals such as Cotswold goat and lamb, to create exciting, different and unique cuts and ingredients. David is particularly enthusiastic about fresh fish, and we source our fish from Newlyn in Cornwall. Watch out for our daily specials to take advantage of what has caught David’s eye this week.
